Our team of analysts utilizes a specific analytical approach to underwriting properties and our property management team implements our proven strategies and techniques to turnaround each property upon acquisition. Our growing portfolio consists of over 4,000 apartments nationwide.
Investing in equity opportunities with PrivCap Holdings affords investors access to own multifamily property professionally managed and operated by the PrivCap team of experts. Typical hold period per asset is 3-5 years.

PRIVCAP DEVELOPMENT seeks to acquire and improve strategic and promising land parcels. PrivCap will work with a team of architects, engineers and land use attorneys to gain the proper land use approvals and site plan to maximize the value of the property.

Our network brings numerous opportunities through our doors on a regular basis and PrivCap chooses one to two non-real estate investments per year to further diversify the PrivCap portfolio.
